Savory Beef in Mushroom-Tomato Sauce

1kg of beef
4 chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped red onions
4 chopped garlic cloves
Handful fresh coriander
4 tspns of cooking oil
1 small tomato paste
2 Maggi cubes
2 tspns Kigali Farms pure mushroom powder
1 sliced green pepper
1 lemon
2 glasses of water

Wash the meat and cut into chunks. Add 4 teaspoons of cooking oil in a small saucepan and fry meat for 15-20 minutes after squeezing 1 lemon and adding 3 chopped garlic cloves. Add red onions, coriander and green pepper stir until they change color. Add chopped tomatoes and stir until meat is ready. Add tomato paste and stir in for 2 minutes. Add rosemary with Maggi and stir gently for 2 minutes. Add mushroom powder, mix for 1 minute, then add 2 glasses of water. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes and stir occasionally to avoid burning. Serve hot.
