Savory Beef in Mushroom-Tomato Sauce

1kg of beef
4 chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped red onions
4 chopped garlic cloves
Handful fresh coriander
Rosemary
4 tspns of cooking oil
1 small tomato paste
2 Maggi cubes
2 tspns Kigali Farms pure mushroom powder
1 sliced green pepper
1 lemon
2 glasses of water
Wash the meat and cut into chunks.
Add 4 teaspoons of cooking oil in a small saucepan and fry meat for 15-20 minutes after squeezing 1 lemon and adding 3 chopped garlic cloves.
Add red onions, coriander and green pepper – stir until they change color.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir until meat is ready. Add tomato paste and stir in for 2 minutes.
Add rosemary with Maggi and stir gently for 2 minutes.
Add mushroom powder, mix for 1 minute, then add 2 glasses of water.
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes and stir occasionally to avoid burning. Serve hot.
